The ticket can be fully or partially cancelled in the following cases:
100% of the ticket price:
• If the train is delayed or cancelled and you have not used any of the tickets (neither Riga public transport nor the train).
• If there is a system error (for example, you have purchased a ticket but it has not been received).
75% of the ticket price:
• If there are at least 2 hours until the start of the ticket validity.
• If you missed the train due to illness or force majeure and you have submitted an application within 3 days after the ticket expires.
50% of the ticket price:
• If the train is delayed or cancelled but you have already used a Riga Satiksme ticket.
• If there is a public holiday when Riga public transport is free, but a ticket for this date has already been purchased in advance.
