- Conditions provide for the procedures by which Mobilly provides for CSDD acceptance of post-payments from the Customers for the electric vehicle charging services provided by CSDD at the Stations.
- Conditions are binding for all Mobilly Customers who want to perform post-paid settlements with Mobilly for the electric vehicle charging services received at the Stations and stations of other charging service providers.
- While using the Stations, the Customer is bound by the conditions of the Contract, Station usage instructions and other instructions applying to safe usage of the Stations.
