At the moment, Mobilly can be used to pay for more than 380 parking lots in Riga, Daugavpils, Liepaja and elsewhere in Latvia, as well as for more than 160 “Ühisteenused AS” parking lots in Estonia’s largest cities – Tallinn, Tartu, Narva and others.
