The museum is located in a reconstructed manor barn. Here, the breath of history mingles with the spirit of today – the vaulted cellars built by manor folk coexist with the new dormer windows of the exhibition hall. The museum uses a contemporary language to talk about a range of fascinating topics, from traditional music, folklore and customs to psalms and Marian Devotions through religious singing in the month of May, to practical skills, town history and other local values. Authentic exhibits are seamlessly blended with cutting-edge means of expression and new technologies.
