At the moment, Mobilly can be used to pay for more than 200 parking lots in Riga, Daugavpils, Liepaja and elsewhere in Latvia, as well as for more than 140 “Ühisteenused AS” parking lots in Estonia’s largest cities – Tallinn, Tartu, Narva and others.
