Mobilly is a financial institution that has received the licence of an electronic money institution, in accordance with the requirements of Directive 2009/110/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on the taking up, pursuit and prudential supervision of the business of electronic money institutions and the Law on Payment Services and Electronic Money of the Republic of Latvia. Mobilly has a duty to fulfil the due diligence requirements determined for each financial institution by the legal acts of the European Union and Latvia. Mobilly informs the Partner that Mobilly acquires and processes this information in accordance with the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism and Proliferation Financing and the Law on International Sanctions and National Sanctions of the Republic of Latvia and legal acts related to them. Processing of data provided in the questionnaire is performed in the interests of the company and data will only be used for the purposes determined by the above-mentioned legal acts.
