How do I get a refund for unused code tickets?
We recommend you to buy tickets based on your driving habits, and do not purchase tickets that you are unlikely to use. However, if code tickets have been purchased but cannot be used within 3 months of purchase, go to one of the customer service centers and submit a refund application, indicating the customer's identification code and / or mobile phone number, as well as the bank account number, if you want to receive a refund by bank transfer. Payment for tickets can be received in the amount of 90% of the specified amount.
How long is the purchased code ticket valid?
"Rīgas satiksme" code ticket that has not been activated is valid for 3 months. An activated code ticket is valid for 3 hours only for the ride it has been activated for.
How can I get back money for a “Rīgas satiksme” code ticket that I have already bought?

Yes, of course. When you get into public transport, please scan the QR code as many times as needed to activate the necessary amount of tickets.

Currently ticket forwarding is not permitted, as the ticket is assigned to your Mobilly account and specifically - to your mobile phone.
What is a user key and what is it meant for?
In the app section "Rigas satiksme" code ticket you can find your personal user key. It is a code that is uniquely made and encrypted for each user that allows you to access your purchased tickets. If you wish to transfer your tickets to a different device, you can do it with the help of this code. We suggest you download this code and keep it in a safe place that is not your phone, because that is the only way you will be able to access your purchased tickets from a different device.
